What we will never sell
Some things are not for sale here, at any price. This is why a good Afya profile is worth something: patients know nobody can buy it.
- Money never moves a doctor up.
- No one can pay to hide, delete, or reorder a review.
- "Verified" means checked, not paid.
- Your data is never for sale.
These are promises from our Trust Charter, built into our systems so we can't quietly break them.

Search for your name and open your profile to start. Claiming is free, and every plan starts from your claimed profile.
Find your profileRun a clinic or group?
Enterprise puts your whole roster on one account, claimed and correct, with a benchmark dashboard and appointment requests routed to your departments, with no per-request fee. It never buys you position in search or reviews, and we put that in the contract.
Enterprise onboarding opens with our founding hospital pilots. Claim any of your doctors' profiles and tell us you represent the group, and the team will set up a call.
Common questions
Does claiming cost anything?
No. Claiming your profile, keeping your listing accurate, verification, and your right to reply are free, forever. Paid plans only ever add tools like analytics and review invitations. Afya never sells placement or review control, to anyone.
Do you take a cut of my consultation fees?
No. Afya's share of any consultation fee is 0, at every plan. Patients pay you through your own payment account, and you keep what they pay. Our fee is the flat subscription, and nothing else.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your plan drops to Free. We remind you, then give you 14 days with everything still working before the change. You are never delisted, your profile never disappears, and your reviews are never touched. Pay again and everything comes back.
Can I remove a review I disagree with?
No. Doctors can't pay or ask to hide, reorder, or remove reviews. If a review breaks our rules — insults, privacy violations, or no real visit — report it and a person will re-read it.
I don't want to be listed. Can you remove my profile?
Yes. Open your profile, start the form, and choose "Request removal of this profile". If a listing is the wrong person or a mix-up, choose "This isn't me". A person reads every request and follows up through an official channel.
How do you verify it's really me?
After you send the claim form, we contact you through the facility you work at or another official channel, usually within a few days.
