He is currently affiliated with Sultan Qaboos University Hospital, where he serves as a Senior Consultant Rheumatologist, and Head of Rheumatology. At Muscat Private Hospital, he works as a visiting consultant. Al Shirawi completed his undergraduate medical education in the United Kingdom and received his specialist training in Rheumatology in the same country. With 23 years of experience as a consultant in Rheumatology, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of various Rheumatological disorders, including inflammatory arthritis, osteoporosis, and systemic lupus erythematosus an all types of rheumatic diseases. Al Shirawi is a dedicated professional who is committed to providing the best possible care to his patients.
